We make sure when your site is finished, you know exactly how to use it, and manage it yourself, including adding new pages, images, galleries, blog posts, products, categories… the list goes on!
You receive a phone call once your site is complete and we give you a complere run down on the site. This usually takes about an hour.
If you need help after the phone call, we are always available for any questions you may have, and we may be able to help by pointing you to a you tube video, or find a suitable article for you, or just talk you through it.
If you are needed changes made to your site that you are unable to do yourself, or there are additional plug-ins you would like installed, there is a charge of $90 for the first hour (or part there of) then $40 per half hour after that (or part there of).
